Sheet-Pan Chicken Fajitas

Change up your taco routine and serve fajitas instead. Requiring only six basic ingredients, this recipe comes together in a flash. With less than 300 calories and 27 grams of protein per serving, these fajitas are a healthy option all week long.


1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in thin strips
2 bell peppers, cut in thin strips
1 large onion, cut in thin strips
1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 whole-wheat tortillas


Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chicken, peppers and onion with fajita seasoning and olive oil. Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve with tortillas.
